Jessica Martinez and several campaign volunteers engaged with community members at the Home Depot on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, in Whittier. The event was organized by Bentelligent, a campaign volunteer and community organizer. There was lively conversation with community members who wished to volunteer to help with various campaign tasks.
The presence of a large U.S. Flag drew a crowd of interested onlookers who engaged in conversation with the volunteers who were there from 2pm to 8pm at a table. Members of the community were given mini USA flags, along with door hangers and sticker at the table.
